Match Day & More
How can I get a replacement membership card if mine has been lost or stolen?
Please contact the Membership Services Centre during the week on (08) 9388 4566 to report a lost or stolen membership card. Stolen membership cards can be replaced free of charge (with a police report number). Lost membership cards will incur a replacement fee of $5.
If I forget to bring my membership card to a game can I still gain admission?
If for any reason you do not bring your membership card on a match day, please visit the Membership Services marquee outside the Team Store at Gate 12 and we will issue you with a lost ticket voucher for that game. Lost ticket vouchers will incur a $5 fee for the first time and a $20 fee for any further occurrence within the season (your full-priced entry fee is subsidised by the West Coast Eagles).
I lost an item at the game on the weekend; who do I contact for match day lost property?
All match day and Patersons Stadium lost property is handled by the WA Football Commission. They can be contacted on (08) 9381 2187 and their offices are located at Gate 7 at Subiaco Oval.
Who do I contact to complain about offensive behaviour on a match day?
All match day issues of concern should be reported to WA Football Commission event staff (in the red jackets) on the day of the game. Otherwise, Patersons Stadium ground management can be contacted on (08) 9381 2187 or the West Coast Eagles on (08) 9388 4566.
Please click here to read the Patersons Stadium Code of Conduct.
Does my membership include public transport to and from the game?
All tickets to events held at Patersons Stadium include a public transport contribution, as is practice for all stadiums across Australia. This contribution covers the costs of moving such a large number of people to and from the ground and the provision of such transport services is a necessary standard that any event provider (in this case, the WAFC) must meet for local government requirements in order to stage the event.
In keeping with this, as part of your West Coast Eagles membership you are entitled to travel on Transperth services for three hours before and after each home game. Simply flash your membership card when boarding the bus or train.
Which train station should I use when travelling to Patersons Stadium?
Transperth completed an upgrade to the West Leederville station in 2008 to accommodate patrons using the new Mandurah line. This station now operates as the special events station for all AFL matches and is just 350 metres from Patersons Stadium. Please be aware that the special football train services will stop at West Leederville station only; trains stopping at Subiaco station will follow the regular weekend timetables.
Be sure to visit transperth.gov.au or call 13 62 13 for all the latest timetables and changes.
What is the situation with the stadium?
The lack of available seating to house all of our members continues to be a source of the greatest frustration for us and we can assure you that pushing ahead to find a viable stadium solution in the near future remains at the very top of the agenda in relation to the future of our football club. We will do our utmost to keep all members and supporters informed of any updates regarding a new stadium or redevelopment of Patersons Stadium.
