I have a Season membership and can't attend a game, how can I put my seats up for resale?
Simply contact the Membership Services Centre on (08) 9388 4566 by 3pm on the Wednesday before the game with your membership card handy. You will be rewarded in the form of Eagles Dollars, which can be used towards your next year’s membership renewal or in spent the Team Store.
I would like to purchase tickets from the resale program.
In The Wings, Eagles Nest and Eagles Rising Stars members can purchase tickets through the seat resale program on the Thursday morning prior to a home game from 10am through Ticketmaster. Your 2010 seat resale password will be sent to you with the March edition of the Eagle Eye.
If the allocation of resale tickets does not sell out on Thursday then the remainder will be released to the general public on the Friday prior to the game from 9am.
A hint on purchasing resale tickets: as these are the seats that our Season members have sold back to the club, it is worthwhile to remember that most seats will be in lots of twos.
I am not a member but I would like to attend a home game, how can I purchase a ticket?
General admission tickets for all West Coast Eagles home games go on sale on the Monday morning two weeks prior to the match from 9am through Ticketmaster. Please be aware that there are only a limited amount of tickets released in this sale and they can sell out very quickly if it is a blockbuster match.
There are no tickets available through Ticketmaster for the home game I want to attend. Can I purchase a ticket through eBay?
As there is a very high demand for our product, some individuals are seeking their own financial gain from our sport and from our very passionate supporters by purchasing tickets to our home games and then on-selling them at a premium through eBay. This sits very uncomfortably with us and we have an obligation to protect our wait list members and supporters wanting to attend our matches from paying highly inflated prices.
The condition of purchasing a ticket to AFL game states:
"This ticket is sold or distributed on the condition that it not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or be used for advertising, promotions, competitions or other commercial purposes without the Presenter’s prior written authorisation. Any breach of these conditions allows your ticket to be cancelled and for a Declared Event may be an indictable offence under the Sports Event Ticketing (Fair Access) Act 2002 (Vic)."
Please be aware that we investigate all general public ticket sales to our home games at Patersons Stadium and that we will cancel tickets if they have been purchased by a known scalper. We ask that you avoid purchasing tickets to our home games via eBay or another third party as you risk being denied entry to the game. How can I buy tickets to West Coast Eagles away games?
If you would like to purchase tickets to a West Coast Eagles away game in Melbourne, please contact Ticketmaster for Docklands Stadium or Ticketek for the MCG. If you would like to purchase tickets to a West Coast Eagles away game played outside of Melbourne you may download a booking form and place your order via our Melbourne office.
How can I purchase tickets to the AFL Grand Final?
If the West Coast Eagles competes in the grand final, Season and Victorian members will have priority access to a limited number of tickets on the week of the grand final.
