It is no secret that members of the West Coast Eagles Football Club are among the most loyal in the AFL competition. Despite being proud of this fact, the club still wants to know whether members are truly satisfied.
West Coast strives to be leaders, not only on the field, but also in servicing our members. For the past two years, we have been gathering more feedback than ever before from thousands of members. Not only did we want to know your views about our service to members, the home ground and on-field performance, but also your thoughts about club communications, events, and your overall membership benefits.
We believe that inviting you to contribute your ideas, listening to what you have to say and implementing change where possible are all paramount to improving your overall satisfaction and will shape the future of the club for many generations to come.
We would like to share with you a few of the key insights that we gained from this research, and the new initiatives which have been introduced as a result of your feedback.
