We ask you to please contact the Membership Services Centre on (08) 9388 4566 before 12noon on the Friday before a game to report a lost membership card. This will enable us to cancel your barcode so that cards gone astray cannot be used by anyone besides you. Lost membership cards do incur a $5 fee.
If for any reason you do not bring your membership card on a match day, you can visit the Membership Services marquee outside the Team Store at Gate 12 and we will issue you with a temporary ticket (lost ticket voucher).
Please be aware that lost ticket vouchers will incur a $5 fee for the first time and a $20 fee for any further occurrences within the season. Your full-priced entry into the ground is subsidised by the West Coast Eagles.
