2.By purchasing a package (regardless of the competing clubs).

There is no further possibility to register for the ballot.

I've registered for the ballot. What now?

IMPORTANT: If you have registered in the ballot, please ensure there are sufficient funds on your credit card to cover the transaction, as this will be run today. Should your card fail, Ticketek will attempt to call you. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE AS THEY WILL NOT TRY A SECOND TIME!

Members who are successful in obtaining a 2018 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket in the ballot will automatically be charged for tickets once it has been confirmed that West Coast Eagles will participate in the grand final. Members who were successful in the ballot will have their credit card charged on September 23 (after winning the preliminary final).

Please ensure that you have enough funds for all tickets on your nominated card. There will be no follow up on any rejected credit cards once the ballot has been run. If your credit card fails to process, your tickets will be reallocated to eligible member/s.

Tickets for successful members will be available for collection from all Victorian and selected interstate Ticketek outlets from 9am Tuesday September 25. Alternatively, grand final tickets can be collected from the Ticketek box office at the MCG (Gate 3B) on grand final day. Please note that only the credit card holder may collect the tickets and must present photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the Ticketek Account Number. It is highly recommended that the credit card holder collects their tickets prior to grand final day. 2018 Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets will not be posted.

How does the grand final ballot work for eligible competing club members?

CLICK HERE FOR A GRAND FINAL TICKET BALLOT GUIDE

For many years, the AFL, in conjunction with clubs, has endeavoured to provide a fair and convenient system for eligible members to gain access to grand final tickets. The eligible 2018 West Coast Eagles members listed below will have the opportunity to register for tickets in a grand final ballot should the West Coast Eagles compete (priority access applies).

Based on their priority group, members are allocated a window during which they can register for the ballot via Ticketek. A non-refundable registration fee of $5 will be charged for each registration for the ballot, and members are eligible to register for one ticket per barcode.

Tickets in the ballot are not allocated in registration order, but will instead be randomised. This is to allow for the fact that many members will register by the phone as well as internet, and to provide a fair system for all members to apply for access to a grand final ticket. This means no member will be required to spend days or even hours in a queue.

There are two priority groups of West Coast Eagles members with eligibility to register in the ballot:

Priority 1: Club 87, Blue & Gold Terrace, A Reserve, Victorian Platinum and Victorian Captain’s Club members
Priority 2: B, C, D and E Reserve, and Victorian Gold and Interstate members

Please note that Flexi members, In The Wings and other non-access members are not eligible to register in the ballot.

How can I secure a grand final ticket regardless of the competing clubs?

The only way to secure a 2018 Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket regardless of the competing club is to purchase a package. The club is now sold out of packages. Please refer to the AFL website for more information.
