West Coast fans in Sydney can look forward to seeing Dean Cox in action this Saturday at Skoda Stadium

West Coast fans in Sydney are in for a treat this weekend, with Dean Cox making the trip across Australia to take part in an AFL9s match.

Eagles supporters can look forward to seeing big Cox in the Cadbury Super Team match on Australia Day at Sydney Showgrounds (Skoda Stadium). Bounce-down is set for 10am.

Cox is part of Adam Goodes’ star-studded team, along with Andrew Swallow, Kieren Jack, Jobe Watson, Karmichael Hunt, Daniel Giansiracusa, Harry Taylor, Sam Mitchell and Jack Riewoldt.

Captain Goodes said he’s hoping for a big win against his rival Dale Thomas’ team.

“This is my second year as co-captain of the Cadbury Super Team alongside Dale Thomas and my line-up this year will make sure I win our Cadbury AFL9s match again,” Goodes said.

Goodes, Cox and their fellow teammates are up against David Zaharakis, Patrick Dangerfield, Tom Scully, Callan Ward, Jonathon Brown, Lenny Hayes, Luke McPharlin, Trent Cotchin and Josh Gibson, who all make up Dale Thomas’ side.

All fans wishing to attend this free event can register at cadbury.com.au.
