West Coast arrives in Albany this morning for the annual AFL Australia Post Community Camp program.

The team will hit the ground running, visiting 12 schools, three aged care facilities and a hospital before the day is through.
Players will also hold meetings with local football players and coaches, and attend a community dinner event.

There will be a chance for the general public to see some of their football heroes this afternoon at Albany Toyota, with further details listed below.

Two major primary school clinics will be held tomorrow morning, catering for 17 schools on the Centennial Oval.

These events will be followed by public visits to Australia Post and Bankwest within the Albany town centre.

Concurrently, three groups of West Coast players will visit Boddington, Brookton and Narrogin on February 6, each holding a football clinic for primary school students, followed by a visit to the Australia Post facility in each of the towns.

Since the AFL Australia Post Community Camp initiative began in 2003, the Eagles have visited regional towns all across the state, including Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Geraldton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Carnarvon, Exmouth and Broome, providing a rare chance for West Coast supporters to meet their heroes before the season proper gets underway.

The program is also an important opportunity for players to interact with regional fans while spreading blue and gold passion across Western Australia.
