The children of Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) received an early Easter surprise today, as the West Coast Eagles paid a visit to spend some time with the kids who will be spending the Easter weekend in hospital.

Amongst the visitors were Dean Cox, Josh Kennedy, Sam Butler, Brad Sheppard, Jamie Bennell, Matt Rosa, Tom Barrass, Fraser McInnes and Andrew Gaff.

To cover as much of the hospital as possible, the boys split their efforts across the wards as well as spending some play time in the PMH Megazone.

Brad Sheppard says it was good to see the kids and have a bit of fun.

“It’s always great to come here and see the smiles on everyone’s faces,” he said.

“It’s great we can come out here, and visit, as we know how much these visits can make to these kids.

“They have to spend their Easter in hospital, so to come in and have some fun and make them smile is a great feeling.”
