The annual Eagles in the Community Raffle grand prize draw has taken place for 2014, with In the Wings member Craig Farrant of Ravenswood announced as the lucky winner.

Gobsmacked when he initially received the good news, Mr Farrant thought the phone call was a prank.

“This is unbelievable – I have to call my wife!” he said.

Craig has won his choice of a Toyota GT86 and Corolla package, or a Toyota Kluger and early indications are the Kluger will be his pick.

“My wife and I were already looking to trade in our current car next year, for a Kluger in fact,” he said.

The grand prize draw follows the amazing results of the Early Bird prize, with that winner, David Luxton, donating his $25,000 winnings to charity.

The West Coast Eagles would like to thank all those who participated in the 2014 raffle, with proceeds allowing the club to continue delivering vital schools and education programs to the Western Australian community.
