The West Coast Eagles’ pre-game Fan Zone is the place to be and the club’s last home game against North Melbourne was hardly an exception, as crowds flocked to lap up a Multicultural Round-themed Zone.

In addition to the usual Gate 10 suspects of 96FM’s Live Request DJ Booth, Bankwest’s Commentators Cup and the Telstra NBN Experience Van, members and fans were also treated to a smorgasbord of entertainment celebrating other cultures.

Eagles supporters were initially wowed by an intense Chinese lion performance by Chung Wah before African Oz Drum n Dance invited the crowd to join their drumming circle and learn the art of African drumming.

If all that wasn’t enough, Fan Zone also had Infinite Energy on hand with its solar powered car, smoothie bikes from Anytime Fitness, a static jump competition run by ECU and Shofer offering special discounts for Eagles supporters.

For those wanting to show their colours, a visit to the West Coast Eagles’ Cheer Zone was definitely necessary with free face painting, balloons and Eagles’ temporary tattoos available for all. Those looking to kit up completely could also visit the Team Store Van.

For the young or young at heart there was a bouncy castle, kicking cube and hand ball cube to test their football skills.

West Coast young guns Malcolm Karpany and Tom Lamb were also on hand for a signing session.

Fan Zone is set up at each home game at Domain Stadium at Gate 10, 90 minutes prior to bouncedown.

Come down this weekend and check it out!
