Shannon Hurn netted a perfect 10 AFLCA votes for his sublime Carlton Draught Derby 46 performance

West Coast captain Shannon Hurn netted a perfect 10 AFL Coaches Association Champion Player of the Year Award votes for his sublime outing against the Dockers on Sunday.

Hurn won over senior coaches Adam Simpson and Ross Lyon with a stat sheet that boasted 34 disposals, 14 marks, 10 contested possessions, eight rebound 50s and three one percenters.

Daring defenders Liam Duggan and Jeremy McGovern were the next best vote getters with four each, while returning spearhead Josh Kennedy earned three votes for his three-goal effort against Fremantle.

Brad Sheppard also banked one vote for his consummate display in the defensive 50.
