As part of their leadership development program, the club’s first and second year players have built 20 homes and a school for underprivileged Cambodian families. Together with the Tabitha Foundation the West Coast Eagles are wishing to continue the club’s legacy in the struggling nation and raise funds to build a second brick and tile school to help educate more Cambodian children.

The “Love Lead Us Home” song written and performed by West Coast Eagles club chaplain Paul Morrison, featuring a choir of 14 current players, nine player mothers and four host mothers is still available. Morrison wrote the song following a trip to Cambodia in November 2012 and senior coach John Worsfold has revealed his hidden musical talents, lending his piano skills for the instrumental bridge.
