The courageous vice-captain had another terrible season with injury and did not play at all. It is the second time in his career he has gone a year without playing after missing 2009 with an elbow injury. Waters suffered complications from shoulder surgery late in 2013 and had ongoing issues, forcing him to stand down as vice-captain. Trained all through September and October to be ready for a full pre-season.
