The defender battled for opportunities in his fourth season in 2014, applying his trade consistently for East Perth in the WAFL. Got his chance in round 16 against Sydney, brought in to lock down on small defenders and provide rebound from defensive 50. Blessed with plenty of pace and a strong will to succeed, Brennan continues to provide a reliable option for the match committee down back.
