The respected senior Eagle did not miss a game in 2011, proving his durability and passing the 150-game milestone to qualify for life membership at West Coast. Made way for younger brother Scott to become the club’s No. 1 run-with player, but remained a consistent shutdown option, both in the midfield and in defence. Leadership and willingness to put his body on the line remain great assets.   

 

Player honours: 3rd best and fairest 2007, 2008; International Rules Series 2006, 2008; NAB AFL Rising Star nominee 2005; premiership side 2006.
