Welcome to the Eagles in their Prime program - designed to benefit WA’s senior community in the prime of their life.

In partnership with the Seniors Recreation Council of WA (SRCWA), the Eagles in their Prime program aims to raise awareness of important health, social and educational issues as well as motivate our loyal 65-plus members to make new friends and learn new life skills.

For 2016, the program features the following events: (Please click here to download the event brochure)

Grandparents Day, proudly presented by Rosewood Care Group (Thursday, April 21) – Bring the grandchildren for some fun at the club during the school holidays and learn more about Anzac Day.

Activity/information Morning (Wednesday, June 22) – It’s back due to popular demand! Come along and have a go at something new.

Tech-Savvy Seniors course (every Wednesday in August) – A beginners course run over five weeks at Domain Stadium. Don’t delay, places are limited and highly sought after!

Have a Go Day - a LiveLighter Event (Wednesday, November 9) – The free premier event of the Seniors Week Festival at Burswood Park, run by the Seniors Recreation Council of WA.

Please note that a non-refundable administration fee of $10 will be payable upon registration at each Eagles in their Prime event* to cover catering and office costs (*except Have a Go Day). Please quote your West Coast Eagles membership number at the time of booking.

Email invitations for these events will be sent out six weeks prior to the event date. Please keep an eye on your email or click here to register your interest.

While we recognise that we are limited by space at our Subiaco club headquarters to hold these events, our proposed 2019 move to new facilities at Lathlain Park will allow the club to run similar community events more frequently. At Lathlain, we will have larger and more flexible community spaces that will allow the senior community greater access to take part in preventative health and fitness activities, education sessions and inter-generational social events.
