WHO IS SEDA?

SEDA is a leading provider of hands-on education which partners with peak industry organisations. It provides students with industry opportunities they will not find anywhere else and promotes learning for life with a focus on preparing students for a successful future.

At SEDA students undertake industry placement one day a week, providing students with a detailed understanding of the career they wish to pursue and provides them with genuine work experience that will assist them to transition into meaningful employment.

For students whose next step is university, SEDA has agreements with several universities throughout Australia which offer students a variety of pathway options.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES WILL STUDENTS BE INVOLVED IN AS PART OF THE WEST COAST EAGLES SPORTS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM?

Students have the opportunity to be involved in a range of participation programs and events including:

  • Involvement with Eagles' schools programs
  • Match day event assistance
  • Assistance at West Coast Eagles Family Day
  • Delivery of school and community participation programs with players
  • Work experience opportunities
