The West Coast Eagles and the Town of Victoria Park have been working closely to facilitate the club’s relocation to Lathlain Oval. The club’s vision is to create a new training and administration facility that will provide it with a sustainable competitive advantage over all other AFL clubs. The facility will also be a community hub, ‘bringing home’ the Wirrpanda Foundation and creating new opportunities for enabling the club to connect with its supporters and the broader community.
The West Coast Eagles has produced many champions and your legacy will support the stars of both today and tomorrow. State of the art equipment to aid in player training, conditioning and rehabilitation will ensure our players are well prepared for the rigors of modern AFL football.
The West Coast Eagles has been actively supporting the WA community since 1986. In that time, the club has increased its support of the Western Australia community, providing assistance to many charitable groups and strengthening their involvement in many worthwhile community activities, with a particular focus on football development.
The club focuses on education, grass roots football, and diversity through community programs such as Kicking Goals, Eagles Rock My School, AFL Community Camp and Eagles Cup. These programs engage in excess of 150,000 students per year in both metropolitan and regional areas of this state.
The Wirrpanda Foundation is committed to improving the outlook for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians by empowering and building capacity among Aboriginal people and their communities across Australia.
