It’s the final round of the 2019 home and away season when we take on Hawthorn from 6.10pm at Optus Stadium on Saturday. With a spot in the top four on the line, we want a sea of blue and gold cheering the boys on to victory.

We’ve got a great afternoon and evening of activities planned, and we can’t wait to see you there.

WAFL action at Mineral Resources Park this Sunday

Head to Mineral Resources Park this Sunday when the WAFL Eagles take on East Fremantle, with a spot in the WAFL Finals series up for grabs. With FREE entry for those under 16, bring the whole family down and cheer the WAFL Eagles to victory. Bouncedown for the match is at 2.30pm.

BHP Fan Zone

We’ve got a bumper BHP Fan Zone this week, so be sure to head to the Southern Oval (between gates D & E) from 4.00pm.

Kids can head to BHP Fan Zone to have their faces painted, pick up a temporary tattoo, and more!

New for 2019, you can win a $100 voucher to the West Coast Eagles Team Store with the BHP Secret Code competition! Head to BHP Fan Zone to obtain the code word, which you can enter into the official West Coast Eagles app. We’ll have one voucher to give away at each of our home matches in 2019.

We’ll also have 96FM Street Team located on the Southern Oval to provide some pre-match tunes, while keep a look out post-match outside gates A, B and D for your free copy of The Sunday Times.

Fan March across Matagarup Bridge

From 5pm, we’ll have a fan march across the Matagarup Bridge into Optus Stadium. If you’re taking part in the march, meet at the Gloucester Park Bridge Bar and follow our marching band across the bridge with the blue and gold army!

We want everyone’s match day to be a fun and pleasant experience, free from unacceptable behaviour by other patrons. If you do see or hear anti-social behaviour, please send an anonymous SMS message to Optus Stadium security on 0409 317 771.

Buying tickets to Saturday’s match

Remember Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorised ticketing agent for this event. To ensure you don’t end up with invalid tickets, DO NOT buy them through any unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Tickets, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, Ticket Bis, Queenoftickets, etc. Optus Stadium has no obligation to honour tickets bought from any agent other than Ticketmaster. We don’t want anyone to miss out on what is sure to be an awesome night, so spread the word!

Conditions of entry
  • All patrons will be subject to a Security check upon arrival.
  • Sunscreen, hats, protective clothing and plenty of bottled water are recommended.

Taxi and Ride Share

The primary taxi rank is located off Victoria Park Drive. The taxi rank is adjacent to the Eastern Train Station accessible via the underpass.

In addition, an eight-stand pick up and drop off facility is located on Nelson Avenue in East Perth for taxi and other on-demand transport services to use.

Passengers of these services will be able to access the stadium via a short walk across the Matagarup Bridge. Pick up and drop off for private vehicles is not permitted. Traffic management will be in place.

Ride share drop off and pick up is not permitted along Victoria Park Drive or within the Stadium Park.

Food and Beverage

Experience the best of what the Stadium has to offer! Food and beverage facilities will be available for patrons to purchase throughout the Stadium. On the inside of the Stadium, if you are looking for a bite to eat, visit the orange and red outlets. Free Water Stations will also be in place throughout the Stadium and Stadium Park.
