Waalitj Marawar have confirmed one team change for the Sir Doug Nicholls Round clash with Euro-Yroke on Sunday at Optus Stadium.

Co-captain Oscar Allen’s return from a minor knee issue has been locked in, with young tall Archer Reid (managed) going out of the line-up.

The Eagles produced arguably their best performance of the season last round, going down in a thriller against Richmond at the MCG by two points.

Senior coach Andrew McQualter has retained faith in that team, with squad inclusions Bo Allan, Clay Hall and Jack Williams not making the final 23.

That promising trio will be emergencies for the 2.40pm bouncedown.

Sunday’s AFL match will be Reuben Ginbey’s 50th game in blue and gold, and the 20-year-old is enjoying an excellent season to date after settling in defence.

Waalitj Marawar is searching for a breakthrough victory against the Saints, who have a 4-5 record this season.

The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 and 7-plus in WA and nationally on Fox Footy and Kayo.

Tickets are available here.

The WAFL Eagles have the bye this weekend due to the WA v SA state game.
