High-leaping Bailey Williams has been recalled for ruck support ahead of the pivotal battle with Carlton star Tom De Koning in Sunday’s WA Freeze clash.
West Coast has made three changes for the Optus Stadium encounter, with Clay Hall also included alongside debutant Tom McCarthy.
Hall has been rewarded for a dominant WAFL Eagles run on form which has seen him average better than 30 disposals across his past four matches.
The 20-year-old midfielder will play his fourth AFL match for the season and seventh of his career.
Forward-ruck Williams returns after being managed in round 12 and playing for the WAFL Eagles last weekend.
Brady Hough (illness) has followed premiership defender Tom Cole (hamstring) out of the line-up, while emerging tall Archer Reid has been omitted.
Reid is an emergency alongside Noah Long and Hamish Davis.
The clash with Carlton will mark key defender Harry Edwards’ 50th career match, coming off arguably his best game shutting down North spearhead Nick Larkey.
Bouncedown for Sunday’s match is at 4.10pm, with the match broadcast live in WA on Channel 7 and 7-plus, and nationally on Fox Footy and Kayo.
The WA Freeze match will support the Fight MND campaign, with beanies available for purchase around the Optus Stadium precinct.
