It was an exciting day for the kids at PMH on Friday 13 when the usually hospital gown clad children were able to dress up in a costume of their choice for Dollar Dress Day.

Judged by West Coast Eagles Ash Arrowsmith and Ash Smith, the children dressed to the theme of dress up, dress down or dress differently.

The boys were very impressed with the imagination, creativity and thought that went into the costumes both the children and the staff wore on the day.

All year round schools and organizations are able to initiate their own Dollar Dress Day where a gold coin donation is all that is needed to sport your favorite outfit.

Dollar Dress Day is a Princess Margaret Foundation initiative and on this occasion was a very successful way to perk up the day for the children in the wards and raise much needed funds for PMH.
