FAQs

What is included in the package?
Return flights to Perth with the West Coast Eagles travelling party (players, coaches and staff), all-inclusive hospitality options to the Eagles match for that round and a West Coast Eagles souvenir gift. At an extra cost, you can add to your package two nights accommodation.

What time will the flights be?
Please refer to the Travel & Sports Australia website for the specific flight times for your particular match round. Please note that flight times are subject to change at any time.

Where and how do I check-in for my flight?
All flights will depart from the Virgin Australia Domestic Terminal. Departing from Perth is Terminal 1. Please refer to your flight E-Ticket for the Terminal in your destination city. Check in will be required at each airport at the relevant check in counters. Seats are pre-selected and these can't be changed, however seat requests will be taken into consideration.

What kind of match ticket will I get?
The match day ticket will be in an all-inclusive hospitality option for that fixture. 

Will there be food and beverages available on the flight?
Virgin Australia are pleased to offer complimentary water, tea and coffee. A variety of customer favourite food and drinks will also be available for purchase from the Virgin Australia onboard menu.

Will there be in-flight entertainment?
Complimentary in-flight entertainment system will be available to use via your own personal hand held device, table or laptop. Learn more here.

Will I be sitting next to the players?
The WCE travelling party, including the player group will be seated together at the front of the plane.

Will we be staying at the same hotel as the players?
No, as the players hotel arrangements are coordinated by the AFL directly and are subject to change.

Can I book the flights only and make my own accommodation arrangements?
Yes not a problem at all, there will be a Flight, Ticket and Souvenir Gift Package option available. Accommodation is not required to book this package.

Can I fly one way only?
Yes, this option is available.

Can I cancel or change away matches once I have confirmed attendance?
No, all packages are non-refundable and non-changeable.

What are the baggage allowances/restrictions?
Economy Class: 1x 7kg Carry On / 1x 23kg Checked Baggage 

What happens if I’m running late for my flight(s)?
As per the Terms & Conditions these flights are non-refundable, non-transferable. Therefore, your flight booking is unable to be transferred to an alternative Virgin Australia Service.

Are there Child Prices and/or Accessible Seating?
