Emerging defender Sandy Brock and hard-at-it youngster Tom Gross are set for their first MCG matches, while Bailey Williams has also been recalled for Sunday’s clash with Richmond.

The Eagles settled on three changes to the 23 which went down to Melbourne last Saturday night, two of which were forced with Jeremy McGovern (concussion protocols) and Bo Allan (suspension) unavailable.

Tall forward Jack Williams has been omitted. He is an emergency along with Noah Long and Harry Edwards for the Mother’s Day battle.

Bailey Williams is set to provide ruck support for Matt Flynn against Tigers big man Toby Nankervis, and be a marking target in attack alongside Jake Waterman and Archer Reid.

Reid has been cleared fit to play after rolling his ankle against the Demons.

Gross will add to his three career games after a strong performance in the WAFL Eagles’ triumph over South Fremantle, while Brock was also outstanding and is set for his third AFL match.

Harvey Johnston will miss the WAFL clash against East Perth on Saturday after travelling with the squad to Melbourne.
