West Coast fans were lifted from their seats on Sunday when Jobe Shanahan produced another spectacular aerial display, earning his third Mark of the Year nomination for the 2026 season.

The highlight came early in the third quarter with the Eagles trailing by 35 points.

Liam Duggan launched a long kick from inside West Coast's forward 50 towards the centre of the ground, where Shanahan came steaming in and elevated brilliantly, climbing high above a pack of Giants players to take a stunning contested mark.

The high-flying Eagle's grab brought the crowd to life and provided a memorable moment at ENGIE stadium.

It marks Shanahan's third Mark of the Year nomination this season, following earlier recognitions in round three against Port Adelaide and in the Western Derby in round six.

The latest nomination caps another impressive chapter in what has been a breakout second campaign for the talented forward, who continues to develop his aerial presence and natural forward craft.

Fans can support Shanahan and go into the draw to win the major prize of $5,000 thanks to Virgin Australia.

Round 23 voting closes 10am Thursday (AEST).
