Welcome to ‘W – the AFLW is back for 2026, as we take on Gold Coast in our first home match of the season. 

We're welcoming everyone back to the ‘W, with plenty of giveaways and fun for all ages throughout the day. Entry is via Gate 2 (Goddard Street) from 11.30am. 

In a huge day of footy, the WAFL Eagles will also take on Claremont following the final siren of the AFLW match, with a win set to secure a WAFL finals berth for the first time since 2019! 

Stay on after the W and enjoy the WAFL match for no additional cost. 

West Coast Eagles members may enter the WAFL match for free after half-time of the AFLW match – simply show the access tile in your West Coast Eagles app to the gate staff upon arrival.

11.30am | Gates and Fan Zone open – Our regional Next Generation Academy Women’s team (NGAW) take part in a curtain raiser 

12.22pm | APD Global ‘Astro’ Ball Delivery 

12.24pm | Our NGAW, members, and player families form the Guard of Honour as the team takes the field 

12.35pm | First siren 

Quarter-time | Big Ball Blitz – watch as fans race our giant inflatable footballs across the field! 

Half-time | Girl Power Dance Performance, player Interview and player signings in Fan Zone 

Three-quarter time | Dance Cam 

Post-match | Boundary Club – meet the players after the match for photos & selfies, signatures, giveaways, and more!

With no onsite parking available, limited parking is available in the streets surrounding Mineral Resources Park. We encourage you to consider using public transport, with Victoria Park Station only a short five-minute walk from Mineral Resources Park.
