Strnadica was on Fremantle's list in 2017 and '18 but didn't play a senior game. His efforts at East Fremantle didn't go unnoticed by recruiters and in 2021 the 203cm big man averaged 34.3 hit-outs, 15.2 disposals and kicked 10 goals in 18 games for the Sharks.
