Board member

Mark is a partner of the Australian law firm Clayton Utz where he has practiced as a corporate lawyer for over 25 years.

His former roles include being an elected partner of the Clayton Utz National Board, a member of the Australian Government's Takeovers Panel, Chair of Scotch College, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia in WA and the University Club of UWA.

Mark serves as a member of the UWA Business School Board. He has completed Law and Commerce degrees at UWA and a three month executive program at the Harvard Business School.

Mark has had a long involvement with football as a past player of the Claremont Football Club, Life Member of the University Football Club and as President of the Cottesloe Junior Football Club.

Mark and his family have been supporters of the West Coast Eagles since its inception into the AFL.
