Board member

Terry Bowen was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer for Rokt Inc, a global leader in ecommerce in July 2025. Prior to this Terry was Partner and Chair of the Operations Group at BGH Capital (2017 - 2025) and has over 25 years of senior management experience in some of Australia’s leading companies.

Before joining BGH, he was Finance and Executive Director of Wesfarmers Limited (2009–2017).

He previously served as Finance Director of Coles, Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety, CFO of Jetstar Airways (from inception) and CFO at Wesfarmers Landmark.

Terry is a former non-executive director of BHP, Transurban, Coles and currently serves on the board of the West Coast Eagles. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia and is a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practising Accountants. Terry joined the West Coast Eagles board in May 2017.
