Six new recruits have entered the Eagles' nest and have chosen their number ahead of the 2022 AFLW season.

Charlie Thomas - Number 3
"A few things in my life have worked out in threes, I got drafted at number three, I am one of three (with two siblings) and I was born in 2003, but I haven't worn the number three until now! Buddy Franklin, my favourite AFL player wears number 23, which has a three in it, and West Coast's Andrew Gaff also wears three at the moment and he's a legend!"
