Tickets for West Coast’s blockbuster season-opener against the reigning premiers, Brisbane, at Mineral Resources Park are set to go on sale for members and the general public tomorrow.

The Lions clash will be the first match in a string of home games for West Coast, with the following games against Gold Coast and Adelaide also being played in the Eagles’ nest.

The clash against Gold Coast will be the Eagles’ inaugural match in a marquee timeslot, playing under lights for the first time on Saturday, January 15.

Tickets for West Coast’s first two matches of the season will be available from tomorrow, and can be purchased at 10:00am (AWST) for Club and AFL Members, while General Public tickets will be on sale from 12:00am (AWST).

AFL General Manager Women’s Football Nicole Livingstone said the league was looking forward to welcoming fans back in the 2022 NAB AFL Women’s Competition.

“We’re less than a month away from the opening ball up of the NAB AFLW Competition and like many in the Australian community, we cannot wait for footy to return and for AFLW to welcome fans back in 2022,” Ms Livingstone said.

“The NAB AFLW season starts on January 7 – right in the middle of summer holidays – and we look forward to being a part of everyone’s holiday plans.

“With tickets remaining at $10 for Adults and free for kids under 18, we look forward to seeing as many fans and families fill stadiums across the country.”
