Ella Roberts’ spectacular mark against Essendon has landed her a Medibank Mark of the Year nomination.
With Essendon edging in front early in the third quarter, West Coast needed a spark and Ella Roberts delivered.
As the ball was driven deep inside 50, a big pack formed, but Roberts soared above the contest to pull down a spectacular grab, once again proving her ability to rise when the Eagles need her most.
The breathtaking mark showcased the young star’s athleticism and composure and has been rewarded with a Mark of the Year nomination.
