The West Coast Eagles are proud to unveil our 2025 Social Impact Report, an overview of the programs, engagements, and impact we deliver across the Western Australian community.
This report reflects our belief that football must be accessible to all—regardless of background, skills, age, or gender.
Since our formation in 1986, we have worked tirelessly to give back to the community. Today, our social impact spans education, diversity, grassroots football, and regional engagement—programs that make a real difference both on and off the field. We proactively collaborate with teachers, football clubs, and charities to play a positive role in the lives of young people facing challenging paths.
The report demonstrates how we balance our interlocked strategy: Good for Club, Good for Football, and Good for Community.

These achievements were made possible through the support of our sponsors—including BHP, Hawaiian, Mineral Resources, and Waalitj Foundation—and our members. We invest member contributions carefully and respectfully to achieve maximum social impact.
The majority of engagements were delivered by our staff and ECU Academy of Sport Business students, alongside delivery partners such as SEDA College, WA Football, and WA All Abilities Football Association. We also proudly acknowledge the role of our key charity partners—Telethon, Foodbank WA, Perth Children’s Hospital, and many more—in our success.
