The families of West Coast’s newest recruits were given a special behind-the-scenes look at the club last week, as part of an exclusive welcome experience at Mineral Resources Park.
The visit began with a guided tour of the club’s state-of-the-art facilities, where families and partners had the chance to see the spaces the players will call home throughout their AFL journey.
From the gym and recovery areas to the team meeting rooms, the tour offered a glimpse into the high-performance environment that supports player development.
The families then observed a training session, gaining insight into the intensity and professionalism required at the elite level.
They met with CEO Don Pyke and key members of the football department, who shared the club’s vision and commitment to supporting players both on and off the field.
To cap off the day, the group headed to Optus Stadium for a tour of the Eagles’ game day home.
Standing in the players race and walking onto the turf provided a memorable moment for families, building the excitement for what lies ahead.
