Howdy my Rock-blogger besties! How many of you caught the game on Sunday? It was so sweet and how awesome was it that the rain pretty much managed to stay away? I spoke to a couple of the boys after the match and they loved the sunshine and had a blast.

We had a really cool competition on Sunday, and a whole row of fans found themselves winners of plane flights all the way to Los Angeles. I don’t think my wings would be able to carry me that far, so I was kind of hoping that I’d win the competition! It doesn’t matter that I didn’t though. I saw the smiles and joy on the faces of those who won, and it was amazing.

Congratulations to my good buddy Sam Butler on his 150th game for the club on Sunday. Sam’s a really funny guy who has had a rough run with injuries, so to see him get to 150 is just awesome. Congratulations to Sharrod Wellingham, who also played his 150th game yesterday. Although some of those games were for Collingwood, he’s definitely an Eagle now and we love the way he plays!

Before I head off, just a quick thanks to all my little buddies who came to my Draft Combine last week. I sure know I had fun, and I’m pretty sure everyone I saw was having a great time too. My next event will be my birthday party in December, so keep an eye out for invites later in the year, and I’ll see you then (and before, hopefully)!

Until next time, have a great end to the school holidays, and GO EAGLES!
