The WAFL Eagles were overpowered in a third-quarter blitz by South Fremantle at Fremantle Oval in round six.
The Bulldogs kicked eight goals to two after the long break on their way to a 19.11 (125) to 10.4 (64) win.
“While we played some strong football in the first half and had the better of much of the contest, our second half was disappointing,” coach Kyal Horsley said.
“We were outplayed and unable to halt their momentum.”
