The West Coast Eagles recently opened the doors to its new headquarters to some of its youngest fans for the 2019 Rick’s Rascals Playdate.

Held in the club’s function room overlooking the Mineral Resources Park oval, forty-five Rick’s Rascals members spent the morning taking part in a variety of fun activities and games hosted by the West Coast Eagles fairies.

There was plenty of blue and gold on display as the young members had their faces painted and enjoyed the sensory play and colouring in stations.

The energetic two-to-four year olds burnt off some energy as they danced and played games with the West Coast Eagles fairies, while some future AFL and AFLW stars were spotted practising their kicking and handballing skills.

The day’s biggest hit, however, was undoubtedly a special appearance made by club mascot and the most popular eagle in the west, Rick the Rock.

We would like to thank all the Rick’s Rascals and their parents and guardians who came along to the club for a morning of fun.
