For Felicity, being a member is about feeling connected to the Club and embracing every aspect of the supporter experience.
"Being a member means I get support the team, watch the game and follow all the extra little things, as well as all the excellent competitions!"
Whether she's keeping up with the latest AFLW news, following the team's progress throughout the season or engaging in member activities, Felicity loves being involved in everything that comes with being part of the Eagles family.
Celebrating Historic Moments
Like many AFLW supporters, Felicity’s favourite memories centre around historic moments not only in the Club’s history, but in the competition’s history.
"Last year when we made the first final was very exciting. I also enjoyed the Australia v Ireland game."
Witnessing the team reach its first AFLW finals campaign was a special moment for Eagles supporters everywhere. For Felicity, it was a reward for years of growth and perseverance from the playing group, while the Australia v Ireland match provided another memorable experience that showcased women's sport on a big stage.
Wearing the Colours with Pride
Game day is a chance for Felicity to proudly wear her Club colours and immerse herself in the excitement of footy.
"I always wear my gear even if I'm just watching from home. Whenever I can I braid my hair with blue and gold."
Whether she's at the ground or supporting from afar, her match-day traditions ensure there is never any doubt about where her loyalties lie.
Excited by a Rising Star
Among the current AFLW squad, Felicity is particularly excited by one rising star.
"Lucia Painter came out running last year. I think she will keep going strong."
Painter's strong start and continued development have made her one of the players Felicity is most excited to watch, with the promising young Eagle representing the bright future of the AFLW program.
A Message for the Team
If Felicity could offer one message to the players before they take the field, it would be a reminder of the talent and belief that exists within the group.
"You are all elite athletes in your own right. AFLW – W is for Winners!"
It's a message filled with positivity and confidence, reflecting the support that West Coast Eagles members provide week after week.
Through her passion, traditions and dedication to following every part of the AFLW program, Felicity embodies what it means to be All the Way West.
