The Eagles have made two changes ahead of Sunday’s round two match against Gold Coast at Metricon Stadium

Electric forward Imahra Cameron and defender Emily Bennett have been confirmed as inclusions for West Coast’s trip to the Gold Coast to face the Suns on Sunday.

Both will be starting their first game of season seven in AFLW after featuring in West Coast’s practice match against Fremantle two weeks prior to the start of the season.

Cameron will be replacing Aimee Schmidt who misses this round due to concussion protocols coming off a collision late against Port Adelaide.

Bennett will replace Kellie Gibson who has been ruled out for the season with a knee injury.

Cameron and Bennett will bring experience to the young Eagles side with both having played for the club for over the past two seasons.

Nearly the whole AFLW squad will make the trip to the Gold Coast with the non-selected players taking part in a scratch match prior to bounce down against the Suns.

Senior coach Michael Prior is looking for consistency making no other changes in the side other than the injury replacements.

Jessica Sedunary and Mikayla Western will be two key players to watch out after both players had breakout games in their debut against Port Adelaide last week.
