Noah Long, Clay Hall and Bailey Williams are in the mix to face Carlton alongside confirmed debutant Tom McCarthy in the WA Freeze clash on Sunday.
Long, Hall and Williams have been included on the extended bench for the 4.10pm bouncedown at Optus Stadium.
At this stage, only experienced premiership backman Tom Cole (hamstring) is a confirmed out.
Earlier on Thursday, McCarthy was locked in for his AFL debut just two weeks after he landed in Perth as the No.1 pick in the Mid-Season Rookie Draft.
Recruited from Richmond’s VFL team, the dashing half-back has made a strong impression in two WAFL Eagles appearances.
McCarthy will become the 301st Eagle to play an AFL game in blue and gold in West Coast’s 900th match.
West Coast’s final 23-player team will be confirmed at 3pm AWST on Friday.
The Blues battle will be broadcast live in WA on Channel 7 and 7-plus, and nationally on Fox Footy and Kayo.
