First year Eagle Lucia Painter will be a test for Sunday’s clash with Collingwood, after working her way through concussion protocols the past two weeks.
“Lucia is making good progress through her concussion protocols and will be a test for this weekend’s match,” High Performance Manager Sam Batterton said.
Midfielder Sanne Bakker continues to build towards full fitness after an ongoing illness, while ruck Liz McGrath is progressing well from an ankle injury.
“Sanne has made good progress and trained with the main group last week,” Batterton said.
“She’ll train again this week with a goal of being available for selection this weekend.
“Liz has returned to running and ticked off some high-speed markers last week, which is a great sign, she’s still a week or so away but will look to increase her intensity at the back end of this week.”
