Star West Coast Eagles midfielder Ella Roberts will be a test for Friday night’s clash with Carlton, after being a late out against Sydney last weekend with hamstring tightness.
“Ella’s availability will be assessed over the coming days, based on how she progresses through training.” High Performance Manager Sam Batterton said.
Experienced defender Belinda Smith is edging closer to a return, having made strong progress through her reconditioning phase following a hamstring injury sustained earlier in the season.
“Belinda has progressed well post her hamstring injury and will look to full train this week and be a test for round 12,” Batterton said.
Midfielder Abbygail Bushby continues to be monitored following calf tightness sustained in round 10.
“Abby returned to running today after a period of time off legs to recover from the calf tightness experienced last week,” Batterton said.
