West Coast have made four changes ahead of its blockbuster battle with Carlton on Friday night, with an Eagles win set to solidify a historic AFLW finals berth for the blue and gold.

In exciting news, Eagles star Ella Roberts has been named to return, after missing last week’s game with hamstring awareness.

Roberts is joined by experienced defender Belinda Smith and livewire Abbygail Bushby, both confirmed to return from stints on the sideline due to injury, while Sarah Lakay has also worked her way back into the lineup.

Unfortunately, vice-captain Mikayla Western comes out of the team after sustaining a knee injury at training on Wednesday, with the severity still being determined as she continues to be assessed.

Young gun Jess Rentsch will also miss Friday night’s game due to suspension, after a one-match ban for Rough Conduct in the round 11 loss to Sydney was upheld at Tuesday’s Tribunal hearing.

First-year Eagle Lucy Boyd and defender Annabel Johnson also come out of the side, both omitted, and both named as emergencies.

Bouncedown at Sullivan Logistics Stadium is at 6:15pm WST. Tickets available here.
