West Coast Eagles premiership-winning forward Jamie Cripps has signed a one-year contract extension with the club, keeping him in the blue and gold for 2026.

The 33-year-old played a crucial role for the Eagles this season, finishing as the team’s leading goal-kicker, and bringing valuable experience and guidance to a young and developing squad.

Cripps joined West Coast ahead of the 2013 season and has been an incredibly consistent contributor, becoming just the 12th West Coast player to reach 250 games in round 18 this year.

“We are really pleased that 'Crippa' has signed on for 2026,” Head of List Management and Recruiting Matt Clarke said.

“Jamie has been a great servant of the West Coast Eagles and while his talent is highly valued, the role that he will continue to play developing our next brigade cannot be understated.

“He is still playing and training at a high level and we love what he brings to the locker room.

“He has a great connection with Andrew (McQualter) and is really motivated to support him in his 16th season at AFL level.”
