The 23-year-old arrives at the club after claiming Geelong’s 2025 VFL best and fairest, highlighting his reliability and impact across a variety of roles.

Originally from South Warrnambool, Herbert has built a reputation for his football IQ, clean ball handling and ability to perform under pressure, while also providing leadership within the VFL environment.

His strengths in contest work, composure and decision-making allow him to influence games both defensively and through the midfield, with his versatility a key asset at the next level.
