Experienced West Coast Eagles midfielder Tim Kelly returns to the team to face Adelaide on Friday night, overcoming hamstring tightness that saw him sidelined last round.
Kelly will be joined by young tall Jack Williams and exciting midfielder Oliver Francou, who is set to make his AFL debut in the blue and gold in front of the Eagles’ faithful.
At 22 years of age, Williams continues to develop his craft and versatility, spending time in the backline for the WAFL Eagles last round.
Mid-season draftee Francou has hit the ground running since his arrival at the club in May, averaging 24 touches and eight tackles in his four games for the WAFL Eagles.
Francou becomes the sixth AFL debutant for West Coast this season and 10th Eagle to play their first game for the club in 2026.
The trio come into the line-up for Elijah Hewett and Ryan Maric who have been omitted, and Cooper Duff-Tytler with a calf strain.
Josh Lindsay, Tom Gross and Sandy Brock have been named as emergencies.
Friday night’s clash will kick off from 6:10pm at Optus Stadium, with the game broadcast live in WA and SA on Channel 7 and 7plus, and nationally on Fox Footy and Kayo.
