For Kathy, being a West Coast Eagles member is about far more than supporting a football team. It's about belonging to a community, sharing the journey and embracing everything that comes with being part of the Club.
"I am proud to be part of the West Coast family," Kathy says. "It's more than just supporting a football team. It's part of being part of the Club, sharing the highs and lows, and cheering them on every season no matter what."
That unwavering commitment is what membership means to Kathy. Through every challenge and triumph, her pride in the Club never fades.

A Grand Final for the ages
If Kathy could relive one moment in Eagles history, there’s no doubt about her answer: the unforgettable 2018 AFL Premiership.
After securing Grand Final tickets early in the week, Kathy and her family made the trip East to witness one of the most iconic moments in the Club's history.
"We were so fortunate to get tickets to the Grand Final on the Monday and made our journey over."
Like many Eagles supporters, the dramatic final moments remain a blur. What remains crystal clear is the emotion that followed.
"The atmosphere was electric and exhilarating with the crowd buzzing with so much energy and anticipation. Those last two minutes were a blur but I remember the feeling of overwhelming joy, elation and euphoria when that siren sounded."
"It was definitely one of the best days of my life."
A game-day ritual built around the Eagles
Kathy's match-day routine begins well before the first siren.
She and her family make a day of every game, heading out early to enjoy a meal before making their way to Optus Stadium as soon as the gates open.
"We have a meal at Crown or Camfield, then head to the stadium when the gates open and go down to see the boys warm up."
One of the highlights is the opportunity to connect with players before the game.
"Some of the guys kindly always stop by and take photos with us."
After that, it's time to settle into their seats and cheer on the Eagles alongside thousands of fellow members.
Excited for what's ahead
When asked which current player excites her most, Kathy points to Reuben Ginbey and the qualities that make him such an important part of the Club's future.
"Reuben excites me the most as he heads into the prime of his career. He is a reliable, solid and dedicated team member."
She has been particularly impressed by the resilience he has shown through adversity.
"His never give up attitude was shown when he injured his quad. He just kept chasing and never gave up."
Kathy also sees leadership qualities in the young Eagle.
"He is a natural leader and a committed team member. I've seen him at training during his injury just supporting the boys out on the ground."
Kathy's message to the team
If Kathy could deliver one message to the playing group before they run out, it would be a reminder that brighter days are ahead.
"Our time is coming."
"Use this time for experience because we are trajecting upwards now. We build this team through these challenges."
Like many loyal Eagles members, her message finishes with belief, unity and encouragement.
"Play together, stand together and conquer together."
Kathy's story is a powerful reminder of what being All the Way West is all about, standing by the Club through every high and low, celebrating its history, embracing its future and proudly wearing the Blue and Gold every step of the way.
