General Manager of Community and Game Development, Richard O’Connell, acknowledged all of those players for the roles they have played at the club.
“We would like to express our gratitude to the female athletes we have not offered new contracts for the coming season and recognise the sacrifices they have made during their time at the club,” he said.
“Their contribution on the field of play, the training track and across the club is certainly appreciated and valued as an important part of our Eagles AFLW journey.
“To reach the pinnacle of elite sport team lists require constant refreshment and renewal, unfortunately this requires difficult decisions.
“On behalf of the West Coast Eagles playing group, staff and supporters we wish all departing players the very best of luck with their careers and hope they remain connected to the club in coming years.”
Final List Lodgement will take place on June 25 and the draft will take place in July.
