The West Coast Eagles recently hosted their latest Geoff Christian Society event at the Lathlain Function Centre.

Approximately 100 people attended the society’s third event of the year.

The event kicked off at midday with WAFL captain Fraser McInnes, three-time all-Australian Jeremy McGovern and West Coast Eagles life member Brad Sheppard taking part in a Q&A with MC Gerry Gannon.

Club chief executive Trevor Nisbett also addressed the crowd, discussing the Eagles’ new training and administration facilities at Mineral Resources Park, plus some on-field issues.

WAFL senior coach Luke Webster and assistants Chance Bateman and Mark Nicoski also took some time out of their busy schedules to talk to the enthusiastic audience.

The Geoff Christian Society provides an opportunity for the West Coast Eagles to give thanks to the generous people helping to shore up the club’s future.
