The West Coast Eagles have informed Roxy Roux, Sanne Bakker, Natasha Enwistle and Alison Drennan that they will not be offered contracts for 2027.
Forward-turned-defender Roux played 22 games in the blue and gold after joining the Eagles from Fremantle ahead of the 2024 season.
Bakker arrived at West Coast as an injury replacement player ahead of the 2024 season, debuting in her first season and playing 20 games for the club.
South Fremantle product Entwistle also signed on as an injury replacement player, making her AFLW debut in round two this season against Gold Coast, and playing three games for the year.
West Coast acquired experienced midfielder Drennan in a trade with Gold Coast during the 2023 Trade Period, and she went on to play 18 games for the Eagles.
Drennan announced that her and her partner were expecting their first baby in April, which saw her miss the 2026 season and return to Melbourne with family.
AFLW List and Recruiting Manager Jordan Loxley thanked the players for their contributions during their time at West Coast.
"I would like to sincerely thank Roxy, Sanne, Ali and Tash for their contribution to our football club,” Loxley said.
“All four have been outstanding contributors during their time with us, both on and off the field, and each has left a lasting impression on our club.
“We are incredibly grateful for the commitment, professionalism and passion they have shown throughout their time here.
“While these decisions are never easy, we wish all four the very best for the next chapter.”
